View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] ADT Caps (CEO Park Jin-hyo) announced on the 11th that its affiliate, Capstec, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Car&All (CEO Park Kyung-won) to implement a 'Vehicle Safety Care Service.'
The two companies plan to launch a virus care solution specialized for vehicles through close cooperation and provide customized disinfection services for customers. According to this agreement, Capstec will expand the target of the ‘Caps Clean Care’ service to vehicles and add Car&All’s ‘Vehicle Safety Care’ service to supply virus care services specialized for vehicles. In addition, they will propose professional disinfection plans tailored to various environments and business characteristics, and provide ‘Safety Site Certification’ through on-site verification monitoring.
‘Caps Clean Care’ is a comprehensive disinfection service that offers customized disinfection ranging from sterilization and disinfection against viruses and bacteria including COVID-19, to pest control for crawling pests such as cockroaches and ants, and flying pests such as flies and mosquitoes. In December last year, through an MOU with Invites Health Care-SCL Healthcare, the service was upgraded by applying COVID-19 diagnostic services and advanced virus prevention and tracking solutions.
