[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Chunsu] Startup education will be conducted for middle-aged prospective entrepreneurs aged 40 and over in the Jeonnam region.
The Jeonnam Middle-aged Technology Startup Center, operated by the Jeonnam Information and Culture Industry Promotion Agency, announced on the 10th that it has prepared a "Practical Startup Education Course" to support middle-aged prospective entrepreneurs utilizing manufacturing and knowledge service technologies.
Applications for the course are open until the 14th, and the education will be held free of charge for about two weeks starting from the 24th.
During the education period, prize money will be awarded through a competition (1st place 500,000 KRW, 2nd place 300,000 KRW, 3rd place 200,000 KRW), and outstanding graduates will receive 2,000,000 KRW in startup funds. Additionally, those who wish to move into the Middle-aged Technology Startup Center will be given a 10-point bonus for priority admission.
Anyone middle-aged interested in starting a business is eligible to apply.
