Fair Trade Commission Announces Recruitment of Target Businesses for 'Large-Scale Distribution Act Consulting for Small and Medium Online Distributors'
[Sejong=Asia Economy Reporter Joo Sang-don] The Fair Trade Commission announced on the 10th that it will hold a public contest until the 21st to select target businesses for the 'Consulting on the Large-scale Distribution Act for Small and Medium Online Distributors (Win-Win-Win Program)'.
The Win-Win-Win Program is a customized consulting program under the Large-scale Distribution Act, first implemented by the Fair Trade Commission to support the innovative growth of small and medium online distributors and establish a fair competitive order.
It aims to proactively and preventively support businesses with annual sales under 100 billion KRW that are currently not subject to the Large-scale Distribution Act but are likely to be included in the future. Selected target businesses will receive customized consulting based on laws and standard contracts by analyzing and diagnosing the legality of transaction practices for each distributor.

Online distributors with annual sales under 100 billion KRW (retail sales amount) who are willing to grow as win-win companies and prevent damage to suppliers in advance (excluding intermediary businesses) can apply through the Fair Trade Commission website. The Fair Trade Commission plans to select a total of two companies through a first document screening and a second in-depth verification.
