Video Contest for Play Activities to Enjoy at Home Until the 17th... Total of 30 Awards
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] Gwangjin-gu (Mayor Kim Seon-gap) is holding the ‘Our Home Bangkok Play OlimPICK Online Contest’ until the 17th in celebration of Family Month in May.
This contest was prepared to create and spread a healthy play culture for children who spend more time at home due to the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic.
The contest theme is ‘special play activities that can be enjoyed at home and shared with friends,’ and participants are to film a video of their play activities lasting between 3 to 5 minutes.
Participants are children and adolescents under 18 residing in Gwangjin-gu; adults can also participate if joining as a family unit.
Children, adolescents, and families wishing to participate should submit their video files along with the application form posted on the Gwangjin-gu Office website by visiting in person, mailing, or emailing by the 17th.
Submitted works will be judged, and a total of 30 prizes will be awarded, including 1 Grand Prize, 3 Excellence Awards, and 5 Merit Awards.
Additionally, the winning works will be distributed to local schools and child and youth institutions to help spread an excellent play culture, and an online exhibition will be held in the future to share joy with the residents.
