'KT Cloud Bizplay' Launch
[Asia Economy Reporter Cha Min-young] KT announced on the 7th that it will launch 'KT Cloud Bizplay,' a cloud-based expense management service, in partnership with Bizplay, a company specializing in expense management services.
KT Cloud Bizplay is an expense management solution that allows companies to handle expense management tasks, which were previously done manually, through cloud-based PC and mobile environments. Through partnerships with card companies, card receipt usage details are directly received into the solution, enabling non-face-to-face expense verification, settlement, and management.
The main features provided include ▲ automated receipt processing and integrated management ▲ automatic collection of transaction statements ▲ business trip expense settlement ▲ expense policy management ▲ expense reports ▲ ERP integration support, among others.
KT is reviewing security certification for KT G-Cloud, a public institution-dedicated cloud, to enable Bizplay's use in public institutions. The plan is to allow central government agencies, financial institutions, and others to manage expense tasks in a cloud environment with the highest level of security in Korea. Along with the service launch, KT group companies such as KT Sports and KT M&S are also promoting adoption. In the future, the product will be further enhanced by combining KT's digital platform capabilities such as big data analysis, artificial intelligence (AI) technology, and robotic process automation (RPA) solutions.
KT Cloud Bizplay can be subscribed to on the KT Cloud Bizstore website. To commemorate the product launch, KT is offering new customers who sign up by July 31 a free benefit of 3 months (no contract) to 6 months (contract agreement). Customers who newly subscribe through Bizstore by the 30th of next month will also be entered into a draw to win prizes such as iPads and coffee machines.
Lee Mi-hee, Executive Director of KT Cloud/DX Business Division, said, "We hope that by combining KT’s cloud operation know-how with Bizplay, we can contribute to innovation in corporate expense management," adding, "KT Cloud will continue to discover successful cases of cooperation with top player solution companies in each industry and pursue mutual growth with small and medium-sized businesses."
