Changwon City Holds Online Drawing Ceremony for Youth Model UN Assembly Participant Teams
May 6th, 3 PM, Selection of 17 Teams by Online Public Drawing
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Saeyan] Changwon City, Gyeongnam, will select teams to participate in the 1st Changwon City Youth Model United Nations General Assembly through an online public lottery on the 6th.
In April, applications were invited from 65 middle schools in the area to participate in the Model United Nations General Assembly, resulting in 34 teams from 21 schools applying.
Accordingly, the city will hold a public lottery to select the final 17 participating teams, and the entire lottery process will be broadcast live on Changwon City's official YouTube channel.
The video will be available for replay on the Recommended Changwon channel after the lottery ends.
The city plans to provide a next-generation Changwon City youth diplomat training program for the 17 teams selected through the online public lottery.
The training program will be conducted six times in total, both online and offline, including a two-day orientation on the 29th and 30th.
