Under compliance with quarantine rules, three organizations participated in the campaign: the Uiheung-myeon Women's Volunteer Corps (President Hwang Ho-bun), the Samgukyusa-myeon Women's Volunteer Corps (President Kim Hee-ja), and the Uiheung-myeon Red Cross Volunteer Society (President Lee Dae-ja).
Under the theme of creating a safe marketplace, masks were distributed to local residents visiting the Uiheung-myeon 5-day market, and a campaign encouraging daily quarantine practices was conducted.

Park Jong-gi, director of the Volunteer Center, said, "Although many residents from the nearby Dongbu area visit the Uiheung market, there are many people who do not wear masks properly or do not wear masks at all in the market," adding, "I hope this will be an opportunity for everyone to comply with daily quarantine rules and create a safe market environment."
