KT Launches 'B2B One Team' to Accelerate Digital Transformation
[Asia Economy Reporter Seulgina Cho] KT announced on the 2nd that it has launched the ‘B2B One Team’ together with specialized companies and institutions from various fields to provide digital transformation (DX) innovation for corporate customers.
Centered on KT, the ‘B2B One Team’ shares successful experiences and cases in the market with companies that make up the related ecosystem, and works together to expand the market size and revitalize the B2B DX ecosystem. Within the first half of the year, the B2B One Team will start with five divisions: ▲Contact Center DX ▲IT Outsourcing (ITO) ▲Transportation DX ▲Immersive Media DX ▲Biz Customer DX, and will expand the divisions to KT Enterprise’s core DX areas within the year.
With its launch, the Contact Center DX division will be activated first. This division will collaborate on ▲expanding the contact center service market based on customer needs ▲discovering small and medium-sized solutions ▲developing new DX models for contact center platforms ▲creating a win-win cooperation system. Collaboration also includes the development and deployment of intelligent cloud solutions and AI Contact Center (AICC) for small and medium B2B customers.
Participating companies include KT, contact center solution specialists Hansol Inticube, KLCNS, Mindwareworks, NHN Daquest, Selvas AI, Bagelsoft, Yespeech, and contact center operation and T outsourcing specialist Metanet Mplatform, among other experts in each field. KMAC, an institution that evaluates call center service quality for 265 companies across 46 industries, is also participating with the goal of enhancing the quality competitiveness of the Korean contact center industry.
KT plans to strengthen cooperation with KT Group companies related to contact centers, which it has collaborated with so far, as well as the specialized companies participating in this launch ceremony. In addition, considering synergy connected to customers, KT will continuously expand the participation of specialized companies.
Last October, KT launched the B2B brand ‘KT Enterprise’ and declared its transformation into a digital platform company (DIGICO). In particular, KT is accelerating the discovery and expansion of the B2B DX market based on its ABC (AI·Big Data·Cloud) platform capabilities through strengthened cooperation with companies in various fields.
Ryu Chang-sung, CEO of Hansol Inticube, said, “We are accelerating the DX of contact centers to respond to rapidly changing business environments and customers,” adding, “We plan to unite capabilities with the companies participating in this B2B One Team to create a driving force for innovation.”
