[Asia Economy Reporter Song Seung-seop] Accuon Savings Bank launched a 6% savings product exclusively for open banking customers on the 30th.
The 'Accuon Damoa Free Savings,' available to open banking customers, offers an interest rate of up to 6%. It is a free installment savings product limited to 20,000 accounts. Customers can deposit up to 200,000 KRW per month for one year.
The basic interest rate is 2.5% per annum, and if the number of deposits through the balance accumulation function exceeds six times, a preferential interest rate of 1.5% per annum is provided. Additionally, if the maturity is maintained and marketing notifications are agreed to, an extra 2% interest rate is given.
Accuon Damoa Free Deposit, which offers an interest rate of 1.6% per annum up to 10 million KRW, has also been introduced. This is a demand deposit product without complicated conditions, and deposits can be made through the balance accumulation function and transfers from other financial institutions using open banking. However, if the balance exceeds 10 million KRW, an interest rate of 0.1% per annum applies.
Furthermore, various prizes will be awarded through the 'Accuon Open Banking Grand Festival' event until the end of May.
