San-encheong Welfare Center Holds 41st Disability Awareness Improvement Campaign
NH Nonghyup Sancheong County Branch and Local Coffee Shops Participate
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Choi Soon-kyung] Gyeongnam San-encheong Welfare Center announced on the 26th that it conducted a disability awareness improvement campaign in collaboration with the local community.
This campaign was held to commemorate the 41st Disability Day under the slogan "You and Me, Us! A World Together."
In the yard in front of the NH Nonghyup Bank Sancheong County Branch, disability information was delivered through quizzes to local residents, and the welfare center was promoted along with the distribution of souvenirs.
In particular, this campaign was carried out based on the sponsorship funds donated by Nonghyup Sancheong County Branch to the Gyeongnam Community Chest of Korea, and the coffee specialty shop "Moti" located in Sancheong-eup participated, adding significance.
Director Kim Soon-ok said, "It was a meaningful time to deliver information about Disability Day and disability awareness improvement to local residents," and added, "We will continue to make greater efforts to change perceptions of 'disability' and 'persons with disabilities' through online and offline campaign activities."
