Professors Park Jung-hyun and Kim Eun-joo of Gangnam Severance, Monthly Online Lectures by Professors from Various Fields... 'Home Training for Back Health' on the 26th
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] Gangnam-gu District Office (Mayor Jeong Soon-gyun) will present the "Untact Health Concert," featuring eight renowned doctors from Gangnam Severance Hospital, through the district office website and YouTube every month until November, starting with a lecture on "Home Training for Back Health" by Professor Park Jung-hyun of Rehabilitation Medicine on the 26th.
The district has been continuing this project for three years since signing a business agreement with Gangnam Severance in 2019. To comply with social distancing measures in daily life, this year’s lectures will be pre-recorded and broadcasted.
On May 12, Professor Kim Eun-joo of Psychiatry will continue the lecture series with the topic "Overcoming COVID Blue and Improving Concentration in Our Children" (Kim Eun-joo, Psychiatry).
From June to November, the topics will include ▲ "Prevention of Brain Aneurysm, the Main Cause of Sudden Death in Middle Age" ▲ "Misconceptions and Truths about Cancer Treatment" ▲ "Causes and Treatments of Lung Cancer" ▲ "Diagnosis and Treatment of Breast Cancer" ▲ "Diet and Lifestyle Habits for Colon Cancer Prevention" ▲ "Lifestyle Habits for Dental and Periodontal Care."
Starting in August, each monthly lecture will include a Q&A session where the responsible professor answers health knowledge questions collected in advance from residents on the respective topics.
