The morning low temperature is forecasted to be between 8 and 14 degrees Celsius, and the daytime high temperature between 13 and 27 degrees Celsius.
In Yeongdong, Gangwon Province, 5 to 20 mm of rain is expected from dawn to morning, and around 5 mm of rain is forecasted along the northern east coast of Gyeongbuk. In the high-altitude mountainous areas of Gangwon, there may be some snowfall. In the inland eastern part of Jeolla Province, showers of around 5 mm are expected briefly in the evening, and the Chungcheong region and the southern areas will have mostly cloudy skies in the afternoon.
From dawn to morning, low clouds will settle in the mountainous areas of Gangwon, causing dense fog with visibility less than 200 meters in some places. Along the coastal areas of Gyeongsang Province, winds will blow strongly at 8 to 14 meters per second (with maximum gusts up to 15 meters per second). In the southern offshore waters of Jeju Island and the southern offshore waters of the West Sea, winds will be very strong at 10 to 16 meters per second, and waves will be high. Vessels engaged in navigation or fishing should exercise caution.
Wave heights will be 0.5 to 2.5 meters in the nearshore waters of the East and South Seas, and 0.5 meters in the nearshore waters of the West Sea. In the offshore waters, wave heights are expected to be 0.5 to 4.0 meters in the East and West Seas, and 1 to 4 meters in the South Sea.
Fine dust levels are expected to be in the 'Good' to 'Moderate' range across all regions.
