Baek Young-jae, CEO of Philip Morris Korea, stated on the 22nd in celebration of Science Month in April, "We will accelerate ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) management that delivers tangible results based on science and technology." Philip Morris International's sales from non-combustible products, which do not involve lighting and burning, have exceeded 23% of total sales.
CEO Baek said, "Philip Morris Korea will provide adult smokers with accurate information based on science and help them make better choices through non-combustible products," adding, "We will also focus more on scientific communication based on science, rigorous research, and verified facts."
