View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] The Small and Medium Business Corporation (Chairman Kim Hak-do, hereinafter referred to as SBC) announced on the 22nd that it held a meeting (the 2nd S.O.S Talk of 2021) at HP&C located in Osong, Chungbuk, with the Small and Medium Business Ombudsman (Park Ju-bong) and small and medium venture businesses in the Chungbuk region to resolve difficulties and provide customized regulatory improvements.
Participating companies proposed policy suggestions including ▲expansion of policy funds and scale-up financial support for small and medium venture businesses ▲support for maritime transportation for exporting small and medium enterprises ▲provision of response guides and support plans for certification systems related to the carbon neutrality vision declaration.
As for regulatory relaxation improvement tasks, they suggested ▲improvement of the approval application system for biocidal substances ▲establishment of exceptions for the review period of functional cosmetics ▲establishment of KS standards for Building-Integrated Photovoltaics (BIPV) products ▲reduction of acquisition tax when purchasing dormitory buildings for corporate employees.
Park Ju-bong, Small and Medium Business Ombudsman, stated, "We will deliver various regulatory improvement requests to relevant ministries and prepare alternatives to improve them according to the situation in the industrial field."
