The App Installation and Senior Customer Exclusive Dedicated Consultation Service will be available year-round from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Outside of operating hours, an automated response along with detailed explanations will be sent via KakaoTalk or text message.
Senior customers aged 71 and older will be automatically connected to a dedicated consultant, and customers who wish to receive dedicated consultation for app installation can use the service through phone connection. After connecting to the dedicated consultation, senior customers will be guided through the entire process from app installation to execution according to their level of understanding, depending on whether they use an Android phone or an iPhone.
