JDC Implements Anti-Corruption and Integrity Policy and Launches Resident Participation Event
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters (Jeju) Reporter Park Chang-won] Jeju Free International City Development Center (JDC) announced on the 19th that it has humbly accepted last year's poor integrity evaluation results and established an 'Anti-Corruption and Integrity Policy Strategy' to leap forward as a new integrity-driven public enterprise.
This strategy aimed to identify vulnerabilities through analysis of last year's integrity evaluation and online and written interviews with executives and employees, and to establish countermeasures. Under the mission of "Realizing an Integrity Society with Mutual Respect and a Culture of Fairness," four major strategies and 13 strategic tasks were established.
The four major strategies are ▲Advancement of the Integrity Policy Execution System ▲Strengthening Activities to Prevent Corruption in Advance ▲Internalization of Integrity and Ethical Awareness ▲Leading the Integrity Ecosystem, with various detailed measures to be implemented by the end of the year.
Additionally, JDC is preparing various events to spread a culture of integrity throughout the local community and to build public consensus on integrity.
Starting this month, a SNS (social networking service) event open to the entire public is being promoted.
The event will be held from today until the 23rd through JDC’s official Instagram and Facebook pages, and anyone can participate.
Participants can automatically enter by leaving a comment with the correct answer to the 'Yes or No' SNS quiz about JDC’s anti-corruption and integrity mission.
Thirty participants will be selected by lottery for each post and awarded beverage gifticons.
