100 Companies Introducing Smart Factories... Applications Open Until May 31
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] The Small and Medium Business Corporation (Chairman Kim Hak-do, hereinafter referred to as SBC) Small and Medium Business Training Institute announced on the 18th that it is recruiting companies to participate in a customized on-site training course for small and medium enterprises that have introduced or plan to introduce smart factories.
This course is part of the government's manufacturing innovation advancement policy, such as the dissemination and expansion of smart factories. It is an educational program where field experts visit small and medium enterprises struggling with the introduction and operation of smart factories to find customized solutions to problems.
If companies apply for areas needed on-site, such as smart factory introduction strategies, smart factory information systems (MES, etc.) construction and operation, and manufacturing site big data collection, analysis, and utilization, SBC designs the training program and matches experts.
About 100 small and medium-sized enterprises and mid-sized companies will be recruited, and the application period is until the 31st of next month. This is a customized education promoted for employees of small and medium enterprises who find it difficult to participate in external education due to COVID-19, and it is conducted free of charge through full government funding.
