The focus of this revamp is to enhance user convenience by redesigning the user experience and user interface (UI·UX) from the customer's perspective, allowing customers to easily access the information and services they need. It is tailored to personalization by recommending customized financial products and content based on each customer's needs and lifestyle.
On the revamped main screen, the representative accounts frequently used by customers, including accounts from other banks registered through open banking, are placed at the top of the screen, enabling easy checking of transaction details and fund transfers for each account.
Additionally, through a simple-to-view dashboard, customers can efficiently and conveniently check frequently used information such as recent transaction details and real-time exchange rates. By focusing on personalization, customized products and content are provided by analyzing the customer's age, occupation, financial assets, etc., offering tailored financial product recommendations and various lifestyle finance content in real time.
