Gwangju Veterans Affairs Office Hosts the 2nd Veterans Insight Talking Session
Sharing Field Experience in Civil Complaints and Cases of Proactive Administration
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Yoon Jamin] The Gwangju Regional Veterans Affairs Office (Director Im Seonghyun) announced on the 16th that it operated the '2nd Veterans Insight Talking' as part of the government's regulatory innovation and proactive administration efforts.
Veterans Insight Talking is a session held from last month until October, where each department's staff share cases of kindness, unkindness, and proactive administration experienced in the field of civil complaints.
Through this, the staff are expected to discover veterans policy tasks and discuss inconveniences and suggestions from internal and external customers to provide better services.
During this Insight Talking, five tasks were identified, including the relaxation of the national scholarship restriction criteria for veterans.
Additionally, cases of kindness and unkindness in customer service during the courtesy work for deceased national merit recipients were shared among employees.
