Yuseonghun, Geumcheon District Mayor, Observes Elderly Vaccination Process at Vaccination Center
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] On the 15th, when COVID-19 vaccinations for seniors aged 75 and over began, Yuseonghun, Mayor of Geumcheon-gu, visited the vaccination center set up at Geumnarae Culture and Sports Center to check the progress.
On this day, Mayor Yuseonghun guided the seniors who visited for vaccination on how to fill out the preliminary examination form, the vaccination procedure, and precautions after vaccination.
Meanwhile, the district is conducting COVID-19 vaccinations for 12,937 seniors aged 75 and over at the Geumcheon-gu Vaccination Center, located behind the Geumcheon-gu Office at Geumnarae Culture and Sports Center, from April 15 to the end of June.
To this end, the district has deployed a total of 75 staff members at the vaccination center, including 4 doctors, 11 nurses, 2 emergency medical technicians, and 58 administrative personnel, and operates a shuttle service for seniors with mobility difficulties.
