Hyundai Brand Launches 'Lacasta' Residential and Commercial Complex for Sale in Hanoi, Vietnam

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Soyoung] Hive Brand announced on the 15th that it plans to supply a limited 100 units out of a total of 522 units of the newly constructed residential-commercial complex apartment 'LACASTA' in Hanoi, Vietnam, to foreigners from Europe, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and other regions.

The LACASTA apartments being supplied this time are residential-commercial complex apartments newly constructed within a 28,000-pyeong complex developed by Hive Brand in the Ban Phu New City area of Ha Dong District, Hanoi, Vietnam, which spans a total of 280,000 pyeong. Currently, the air conditioning equipment installation is being finalized, and move-in is scheduled for March next year.

Out of the total 522 units, 100 units are limited for sale to foreigners including Koreans, Europeans, Taiwanese, and Hong Kong residents, with more than 50% already sold. The sale price for medium to large apartments sized 30 to 40 pyeong ranges from 200 million to 300 million KRW.

Additionally, apartments sold to foreigners have the advantage of free trading later between other foreigners or locals. Furthermore, Hive Brand plans to provide comprehensive support in cooperation with local Vietnamese experts, covering tax issues related to supply, leasing, and sales, acquisition report agency services, and rental management.

Professor Shin Wancheol, adjunct professor at Dankook University Graduate School of Real Estate and Construction, stated, "The LACASTA apartments in Hanoi, Vietnam, are expected to have excellent educational environments once nearby international elementary, middle, and high schools are established. They are equipped with convenience facilities such as commercial spaces, which are rare in Hanoi. The complex is conveniently located just 15 minutes by subway from downtown Hanoi. With many global companies like Samsung Electronics nearby, the population is on the rise, housing demand is surging, and it is expected to be a region with high investment value."
