'Birthday Party During Self-Quarantine' YouTuber Gukgabi Prosecuted with Suspension
[Asia Economy Reporter Donghoon Jung] YouTuber Gukga-bi (real name Gukga Briella), who violated quarantine guidelines by holding a birthday party with acquaintances during self-quarantine last year, received a suspended prosecution from the prosecution.
According to the prosecution on the 14th, the Seoul Western District Prosecutors' Office issued a suspended prosecution for Ms. Guk on charges of violating the Infectious Disease Control and Prevention Act at the end of January.
A suspended prosecution means that although the charges are acknowledged, the prosecutor decides not to indict the suspect considering various circumstances.
