According to the council on the 13th, the Democratic Party of Korea in the council decided not to submit the administrative investigation agenda on the Naegok-dong land to the plenary session scheduled for the 19th. Additionally, the city administration questions that were to be conducted at the plenary session have been postponed to the June plenary session.
The city administration questions are sessions where council members ask various questions regarding current city affairs to Mayor Oh and the city hall executive branch. The Democratic Party reportedly feared that questions related to Naegok-dong or those perceived as attacks on Mayor Oh could be seen as political strife. Another reason cited was to allow time to cooperate with and prepare for the newly launched executive branch.
