Leave will continue to be allowed within 20% of the unit's personnel, within the scope where management of leave personnel's quarantine, including in-military PCR testing capacity, is possible. Leave for soldiers living in areas with cluster infections may be restricted depending on the situation.
Outings will be conducted only in safe areas based on the judgment of on-site commanders, while overnight stays and visits will continue to be controlled.
