Recruiting 'Customer Panel' to Improve Financial Services and Systems Until the 20th

Daishin Securities announced on the 8th that it will recruit the '2021 Customer Panel' for 13 days until the 20th to protect financial consumers and improve financial services.
The 2021 Customer Panel serves as a messenger that vividly conveys the protection of financial consumer rights and inconveniences. Daishin Securities actively collects and reflects various opinions expressed by customers. Through this, it plans to review and improve procedures and systems for protecting financial consumers.
The 2021 Customer Panel will be operated by dividing customers into online and offline groups. Customers selected as panelists will participate in online activities and regular and occasional meetings for six months from May to October to complete missions. The missions include proposing ideas and suggestions regarding Daishin Securities' products, services, and systems. Approximately 30 people will be recruited by the 20th. Any customer interested in financial products and financial services can apply.
