Terrestrial Broadcasters' Exit Polls: "Oh Se-hoon 59%, Park Young-sun 37.7%"
[Asia Economy Reporter Naju-seok] According to exit polls from the three major terrestrial broadcasters, Oh Se-hoon, the People Power Party candidate for Seoul mayor, is expected to achieve a landslide victory.
On the 7th, the three broadcasters (KBS, MBC, SBS) announced the results of the Seoul and Busan mayoral by-election exit polls conducted by KEP (Korea Election Pool), an organization under the Korea Broadcasting Association. The exit polls were carried out by three survey institutions: Ipsos, Korea Research International, and Hankook Research.
In the exit polls from the three broadcasters, candidate Oh received 59% of the vote, defeating Park Young-sun, the Democratic Party candidate, who received 37.7%.

The exit poll was conducted from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. with 11,114 respondents across 50 locations in Seoul. The margin of error is ±1.7 percentage points at a 95% confidence level. Early voting results were not included.
