At 7:57 a.m. on the 6th, Oh, campaigning at Jayang-dong Intersection in Gwangjin-gu, greeted citizens with a bright smile, repeatedly saying "Nice to meet you" and "Hello." Gwangjin-gu was the constituency where Oh ran during last year's 21st National Assembly general election.
Afterwards, he enthusiastically exchanged fist bumps with local residents. Instead of a suit, Oh wore comfortable black cotton pants, and the heels of his black shoes were deeply creased. Busy commuters greeted Oh as they walked by. A young man who identified himself as an Oh supporter approached him and asked for an autograph.
Oh emphasized the importance of the youth here as well, calling for a "judgment on the regime." He said, "The difference from a year ago is clear in the 2030 generation; I can feel the support from young people firsthand. The behavior of the Seoul mayor over the past 10 years and the Moon Jae-in administration over the past 4 years has been very disappointing to young people’s values of fairness and coexistence, falling short of expectations and even showing hypocrisy, which I believe has started to anger the youth."
After his speech, in a meeting with reporters, Oh said, "The support and encouragement from young people feel daunting and heavy to me. It also creates a sense of obligation to do better. I am determined to repay them by doing my job well."
At the campaign in front of Myeonmok 4-dong Community Center in Jungnang-gu, Oh again stressed the importance of the youth vote. He said, "This time, the youth response is quite positive, but it does not mean they fully support the People Power Party. They are just disgusted and disappointed by the Moon Jae-in government's failures, incompetence, and corruption. I ask the young generation to give us a chance this time, to give Oh Se-hoon a chance. We must go to the polls together to win."
From the Jungnang-gu campaign onward, Oh changed into red sneakers. His campaign team said, "It is a sign of his determination to run hard until the end."
During his speech in Nowon-gu, Oh said, "Seeing the hypocrisy, incompetence, and double standards of this administration, young people have started to turn their eyes to the People Power Party with hope. When I become mayor of Seoul, I will provide hope to the youth through fair and cooperative politics. I will create a Korea where young people can dream of the future, starting from Seoul and spreading nationwide."

On this day, Oh met Seoul citizens while touring Gwangjin-gu, Jungnang-gu, Nowon-gu, followed by Dobong-gu, Jongno-gu, and Seodaemun-gu. Connecting the campaign areas forms a smiling face, so it was named the "Smile Campaign." Especially at 6:30 p.m., in the Sinchon university district of Seodaemun-gu, Oh will hold a focused campaign for the youth alongside Kim Jong-in, the People Power Party’s central election committee chairman, and Ahn Cheol-soo, the People’s Party leader.
