Coway Ranked 39th in 'Top 100 Brands of Korea' for 1Q
Effective in Innovative New Product Development and Enhancing User Convenience
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Heeyoon] Coway announced on the 5th that it has been selected as one of the ‘Top 100 Brands in Korea’ for the first quarter of this year by Brandstock, a brand value evaluation company.
The Top 100 Brands in Korea is a system that selects the top 100 brands with the highest scores among about 1,000 brands in over 230 major domestic industries based on the patented brand value evaluation model ‘BSTI’ (Brand Stock Top Index). In this survey, Coway scored a total of 860.4 points out of 1,000 on the BSTI, ranking 39th. This is one rank higher than the previous quarter.
Coway is leading the domestic environmental home appliance market by continuously launching new products equipped with innovative technologies such as the ‘Icon Water Purifier’ and the ‘Dual Clean Humidifier Air Purifier.’ In particular, the Icon Water Purifier has recently attracted great attention by enhancing space utilization and user convenience. By applying innovative cooling technology, the product eliminated the compressor inside, drastically reducing its size. It also received the ‘Quiet Mark,’ an international certification mark from the UK Noise Abatement Society, due to its low noise.
