According to the city on the 2nd, "Governor Kim will hold the '2021 Dialogue between the Governor and the Residents' at 2:30 PM on the same day at the Mokpo Culture and Arts Center, attended by Mokpo Mayor Kim Jong-sik and others, where there will be time for reporting on provincial (city) administration, suggestions, and Q&A," it explained.
This dialogue will be conducted with strict adherence to preventive measures such as disinfecting the venue twice, measuring temperature upon entry, hand sanitizing, and social distancing to prevent COVID-19.
Considering the COVID-19 situation, the number of on-site participants will be minimized, and the event will be mainly conducted with online participants selected through prior application, with a live broadcast on YouTube.
Online participants can join the dialogue from their respective locations via mobile phones, laptops, or PCs by connecting to the video conferencing program 'ZOOM.' To ensure stable video transmission, online participation will be limited to 150 people, and citizens who cannot participate in the dialogue can watch it on YouTube.
