According to Hong Kong public broadcaster RTHK, Patrick Nip, Secretary for the Civil Service of Hong Kong, confirmed this at a press conference on the same day.
He explained that following an investigation by the manufacturer and distributor regarding the packaging defects of the BioNTech vaccine, no issues related to the quality or safety of the vaccine were found.
