Ministry of Unification Revamps 'North Korea Trends'... Includes Propaganda Media like 'Uri Minjokkkiri'
[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Ji-eun] The Ministry of Unification announced on the 31st that starting from the 1st of next month, the content and format of the 'Weekly North Korea Trends' posted on the North Korea Information Portal will be revamped.
The revamped 'Weekly North Korea Trends' will consist of 'Major Trends,' which cover the key issues of the week, and 'General Trends.'
The Major Trends section will select 2 to 3 significant North Korea developments of the week, introduce their content, and provide analysis and evaluation by the Ministry of Unification, while the General Trends section will introduce other meaningful developments beyond the Major Trends.
Previously, the information was mainly provided based on state-run media such as Rodong Sinmun, but after the revamp, propaganda media like Uri Minjokkkiri will also be included.
