[Asia Economy Reporter Jongil Park] Seongbuk-gu (Mayor Lee Seung-ro) will shorten the operating hours of the temporary COVID-19 screening clinic currently operating in front of the Seongbuk-gu Office Baramdang starting April 1.
On the same day, the district plans to focus on operating the Seongbuk-gu Vaccination Center, which is scheduled to open within the district office, and on vaccine administration.
Originally, the testing start time on weekdays was changed from 9 AM to 10 AM, reducing the operating hours by one hour to run from 10 AM to 5 PM.
Additionally, on weekdays, a disinfection hour from 1 PM to 2 PM has been added to the clinic schedule. This is part of the plan to strengthen quarantine measures.
On weekends, testing will be available without changes in operating hours, from 10 AM to 3 PM. The testing method is nasopharyngeal swab PCR, and any general citizen wishing to be tested can confirm infection status through real-name testing.
As of the 28th, Seongbuk-gu has conducted tests on 48,691 people at the temporary screening clinic, working to block asymptomatic sources of infection.
