LH Holds Pre-Subscription Promotion Review Meeting "Proceeding with 30,000 Houses Without Delay"
Pre-Subscription Website Launch, Dedicated Call Center Established and Operated
[Asia Economy Reporter Jo Gang-wook] Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) announced on the 30th that it held a 'Pre-Subscription Promotion Inspection Meeting' to ensure the smooth progress of the schedule for the 30,000 pre-subscription units planned for this year.
In line with the pre-subscription schedule for the 3rd New Town announced in January, LH has been continuously promoting and providing related information about the 3rd New Town and the pre-subscription scheduled from the second half of this year, including the launch of the 3rd New Town website and the operation of the pre-subscription notification service.
This meeting was held to thoroughly manage the project by checking the project schedules for each pre-subscription target district and coordinating preceding schedules such as district planning and housing design, in order to normally achieve the goal of 30,000 pre-subscription units this year.
Once the pre-subscription target districts are confirmed in the first half of the year, LH plans to open a dedicated website along with the production of detailed leaflets to sequentially provide pre-subscription eligibility conditions, district- and block-specific information, complex layouts, and floor plans. In addition, a dedicated pre-subscription call center will be established and operated so that the public can easily access pre-subscription information and resolve any questions.
Furthermore, LH will build a pre-subscription system covering the entire process from subscription announcement to winner selection and management, through which it will provide pre-subscription application services. While online operation is the principle for the application service, on-site applications will be operated in a limited manner for the elderly and others, utilizing model houses as locations for on-site subscription consultations and winner document submissions.
As part of the government's 'Plan to Expand Housing Supply in the Metropolitan Area,' LH is responsible for the 3rd New Town projects in a total of eight locations, including large-scale housing sites such as Namyangju Wangsuk, Wangsuk 2, Hanam Gyosan, Incheon Gyeyang, Goyang Changneung, Bucheon Daejang, Gwacheon Gwacheon, and Ansan Jangsang, to stabilize the metropolitan housing market and the housing security of low-income residents.
