Umi Construction and Shindong-A Construction to Launch 'Yangju Okjeong Lin Familier' in April
[Asia Economy Reporter Ryu Tae-min] The consortium of Woomi Construction and Shindong-A Construction announced on the 29th that they will be launching sales of 'Yangju Okjeong Lin Familier' in Yangju New Town (Okjeong District) this April.
The complex is located in Block A-1 of the Okjeong Residential Development District in Yangju-si, Gyeonggi-do, and will consist of 24 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to 29 above-ground floors, with a total of 2,049 households of exclusive areas 74㎡ and 84㎡. By area type, there are ▲356 units of exclusive 74㎡A ▲559 units of exclusive 74㎡B ▲95 units of exclusive 74㎡C ▲664 units of exclusive 84㎡A ▲375 units of exclusive 84㎡B. The model house will be set up in the Okjeong-dong area of Yangju-si, Gyeonggi-do.
Yangju New Town is expected to improve accessibility to Seoul due to the expansion of the metropolitan transportation network. First, the GTX-C line project connecting Deokjeong in Yangju to Suwon passed the preliminary feasibility study last December, and early construction is planned to be promoted. Additionally, the Seoul Subway Line 7 extension to Okjeong Station is also planned. Road networks such as the Sejong-Pocheon Expressway (Guri-Pocheon) and the planned Metropolitan Area 2nd Ring Expressway will also be improved.
Yangju Okjeong Lin Familier is located between the old town Deokjeong District and the new town Hoecheon District, allowing residents to enjoy the living zones of both areas simultaneously. Various educational, transportation, living, and cultural infrastructures will be established near the complex.
The educational environment for children is also excellent. A daycare center and kindergarten are planned within the complex, and sites for an elementary school and a middle school are scheduled on the south side of the complex. Parks such as Okjeong Ecological Forest Park and Hoeamcheon Stream are located around the complex.
All households are mainly oriented southward, providing excellent lighting and ventilation. The complex is planned as a car-free zone on the ground (except for parking lots for the kindergarten and neighborhood living facilities), with parking spaces located underground.
