'KOSME Naeil愛 Ontact Job Fair' Held with 6 Themes
1st Theme Smart Factory Jobs... From the 29th to the 16th of Next Month
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] The Small and Medium Business Corporation (Chairman Kim Hak-do, hereinafter referred to as KOSME) announced on the 26th that it will hold the 'KOSME Naile (愛) Ontact Job Fair' to resolve the recruitment difficulties of small and medium-sized ventures caused by the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic, providing non-face-to-face recruitment opportunities between hiring companies and job seekers.
This year, the fair will be held under six themes. Starting with smart factory jobs in March, followed by youth startups in April, military-designated companies in June, regional specialized and promising industries in August, middle-aged and new middle-aged in October, and specialized high school jobs in November.
For the first theme, the Smart Factory Job Fair, over 100 companies, including those that have introduced smart factories, have completed registration. From the 29th of this month to the 14th of next month, job applications will be accepted, and non-face-to-face video interviews will be conducted over two days, April 15th and 16th, for those who pass the document screening.
KOSME registers the job postings of participating companies in advance at the Corporate Workforce Difficulty Center and uses professional counselors to discover customized job seekers and conduct pre-matching to increase the matching success rate between hiring companies and job seekers.
In addition to the usual recruitment procedures such as job applications and non-face-to-face video interviews during the fair, various side events such as AI mock interviews, one-on-one employment consulting, personality and job competency tests will be operated to help strengthen the employment capabilities of job seekers.
