This pledge ceremony was organized to enhance consumer protection awareness and internalize compliance with the law ahead of the enforcement of the Financial Consumer Protection Act.
Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance executives and employees are required to complete online training related to the principle of complete sales to understand the Financial Consumer Protection Act, and they produced and distributed promotional posters summarizing the key points.
They selected and ensured familiarity with the eight key points of the Financial Consumer Protection Act for employees and the five behavioral guidelines of the Financial Consumer Protection Act for Hi-Planners.
Additionally, in December last year, Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance established a Consumer Protection Center by selecting about 50 dedicated managers for consumer protection tasks to promptly resolve customer inconveniences and inspect complete sales.
