LG Electronics Launches Wireless Vacuum Cleaner Equipped with 'All-in-One Tower' Stand
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Hyewon] LG Electronics is expanding its lineup of cordless vacuum cleaners equipped with the new concept All-in-One Tower stand.
LG Electronics announced on the 22nd that it will launch the CordZero A9S ThinQ with the All-in-One Tower at the end of this month. To broaden customer choices, models in Iron Gray, Black, and Fantasy Silver colors will be introduced sequentially from the end of this month. The All-in-One Tower for this launch model will be in Deep Gray color.
Customers currently using the existing LG CordZero A9S ThinQ and A9 can also purchase the All-in-One Tower separately, which will be released sequentially from the end of next month.
The All-in-One Tower was first applied to the LG Objet Collection vacuum cleaners in Calming Green and Calming Beige colors last month. Since the beginning of this month, the Objet Collection vacuum cleaners account for more than half of LG CordZero cordless vacuum cleaner sales.
The All-in-One Tower is a stand that allows vacuum cleaner storage, charging, and dustbin emptying all at once. Without separately detaching the dustbin, customers can place the vacuum cleaner on the All-in-One Tower and press the dust empty start button on the upper control panel. A powerful dust suction motor draws external air from the vacuum cleaner to automatically empty the dustbin. If the dust empty mode is set to automatic, the dustbin will be emptied every time the vacuum cleaner is placed on the stand without pressing the button, providing convenience.
The All-in-One Tower not only holds the vacuum cleaner but also neatly stores frequently used accessories both inside and outside. Three types of nozzles ? crevice nozzle, multi-purpose nozzle, and Power Drive bedding nozzle ? as well as two types of Power Drive mop nozzles can be stored inside and outside the All-in-One Tower respectively.
The LG CordZero A9S ThinQ can perform both dust suction and mop cleaning with a single vacuum cleaner by connecting the Power Drive mop nozzle dedicated to mopping. It features an automatic water supply system that keeps the mop moist during cleaning so it does not dry out. Users can select from three water supply levels ? off, level 1, and level 2 ? depending on the cleaning method or floor type.
The LG CordZero A9S ThinQ equipped with the All-in-One Tower requires no separate device or space for dust management. The new product’s shipment price ranges from 1.32 million to 1.4 million KRW depending on the accessory configuration.
