Honam University Career Center, Customized Elite Training for Public Power System Corporations
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Gwan-woo] Honam University is making every effort to support the employment of its students by operating a customized elite training program demanded by power system public enterprises throughout the year.
Honam University Career Center announced on the 19th that it has launched the four-stage 'H-ACE Talent Development Program' from this month to cultivate outstanding talent in the power system.
The first stage, Power Commitment (Establishing Employment Strategy), is operated to allow participants to establish individual employment strategies by examining the current status of the power industry and analyzing power system public enterprises.
If selected as an outstanding participant in the first stage, they will proceed to a more systematic curriculum linked to the second stage, the Union Credit Course, hosted by the Korea Power Exchange.
The third stage, Power Commitment Program (Enhancing Employment Competency), is an advanced stage designed to strengthen learning capabilities in the power field by including NCS document screening and interview consulting, as well as qualification acquisition courses related to power system public enterprises.
Through the final fourth stage follow-up management, Honam University Career Center plans to realize employment plans by providing customized employment support services such as one-on-one counseling, application form assistance, and interview consulting.
The H-ACE Talent Development Program is open to all students regardless of department or grade and is recruited on a first-come, first-served basis through the Honam University portal (HUIS).
