On the 19th, cultural heritage items presumed to be from the Joseon Dynasty, including a waterway, a fence, and a foundation, were discovered on the road in front of the Government Seoul Office during the restructuring construction of Gwanghwamun Square in Seoul. The Seoul Metropolitan Government is conducting the excavation after review by the Cultural Heritage Committee of the Cultural Heritage Administration. The detailed excavation work is scheduled to be completed by the end of this month, followed by an analysis of the historical value.
