Asiana Airlines has established a dedicated page for 'Asiana Care Plus' on its official website to strengthen COVID-19 management. The dedicated page provides real-time updates on COVID-19 related information such as entry restrictions by country, flight route guidance, and international flight ticket change and refund policies. It also introduces the quarantine and prevention activities carried out by Asiana Airlines from check-in to boarding to help ensure customers' safe travel.
The company plans to produce 100,000 Care Plus kits and distribute them to all international passengers at Incheon International Airport starting from the 29th. The kit consists of a KF94 Airdays mask, hand sanitizer, and a guide for safe travel, and will be provided at the Asiana Airlines check-in counters at Incheon International Airport.
An Asiana Airlines official said, "Through this quarantine program, we expect to further enhance customer trust in aircraft disinfection and prevention activities."
