Barriers Lowered for Godobojon Yukseong Project Entry
Enforcement Rules Amendment and Promulgation of the "Special Act on Preservation and Promotion of Godo"
The Cultural Heritage Administration announced on the 10th that it will amend and promulgate the Enforcement Rules of the Special Act on the Preservation and Promotion of Historic Districts. This measure was prepared to ensure fair opportunities for new operators in historic district preservation and promotion as well as resident support projects. Until now, documents related to business performance were required for the implementation of related projects, making it difficult for new operators to be designated as project implementers. The Cultural Heritage Administration lowered the entry barriers to guarantee fair opportunities. An official stated, "We have eliminated the requirement to submit business performance documents," adding, "We will continue to strive to implement historic district preservation and promotion policies that can gain public sympathy."
