Calling Elevators via Apartment Exclusive App... HDC Hyundai Development Company 'MyHomi'
HDC Hyundai Development Company's smart residential service app 'MyHomi' is expanding its service scope by adding features such as elevator calls.
Since its official launch in July, residents of I-Park can use the MyHomi app to check maintenance fees, participate in electronic voting, reserve community facilities within I-Park, access lifestyle convenience services, and join exclusive group purchases for I-Park residents. MyHomi has reached over 20,000 cumulative downloads and about 16,000 registered users.
With only the MyHomi app installed, the main entrance doors open automatically, and residents can call the elevator to their floor. Using the O2O (Online to Offline) payment feature, users can easily make reservations by preferred dates for interior estimates or move-in services.
