Muan-gun Holds 'Military Airport Relocation Opposition UCC Contest' Open to All Citizens
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Oh Hwan-joo] Muan County, Jeollanam-do (Governor Kim San) announced on the 8th that it will hold the "Gwangju Military Airport Muan Relocation Opposition UCC Contest" for four months from the 8th to June 30.
This contest is held under the theme "A Reasoned Cry Against the Relocation of Gwangju Military Airport to Muan," and awards will be given to a total of 16 winners: 1 Grand Prize, 2 Excellence Awards, 3 Merit Awards, and 10 Encouragement Awards, with a total prize money of 12 million KRW.
Anyone nationwide can apply by creating an original video between 30 seconds and 3 minutes, uploading the video to their own YouTube account, and then submitting the link and application form via email.
The announcement can be found on the Muan County website's notice board and the Gwangju Military Airport Relocation Awareness site.
