Lotte Hotel Seoul Launches Long-Term Stay Package 'Once in a Life'
From "Staying" to "Living"... Paradigm Shift in Hotel Accommodation
Monthly 3.4 Million KRW 'Lotte Hotel Seoul One-Month Living' Package
Includes Lifestyle Benefits Such as Laundry Service, Pool & Fitness Access
[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] Traditionally, hotels have been short-term accommodations for travel and business, but recently they are transforming into 'living spaces' where work and relaxation can coexist. As overseas travel became difficult due to COVID-19, more people have invested their saved expenses in domestic 'hokangseu' (hotel staycations), and lifestyles have also changed due to remote work and other factors.
Considering this trend, Lotte Hotel Seoul announced on the 8th that it has launched a long-term stay package called 'Once in a Life' that allows guests to enjoy a new daily life at the hotel.
Available from March 15 to July 15, this package requires a minimum stay of 14 nights in the Main Tower rooms. The 14-night package starts at 2.5 million KRW (additional nights at 180,000 KRW per night), and the 30-night package starts at 3.4 million KRW (additional nights at 130,000 KRW per night). Breakfast at Lotte Hotel's buffet La Seine can be added for 308,000 KRW for 14 nights and 660,000 KRW for 30 nights (tax and service charges included).
Daily room cleaning is provided, along with shirt and underwear/socks laundry service, and free parking. Guests also receive access to an exclusive lounge equipped with fitness facilities, a swimming pool, and a microwave.

A Lotte Hotel representative stated, "Just as the drive-thru service, first introduced in the industry, has now become a basic hotel service, we are focusing on developing various products for customers' new daily lives. Noting the changing lifestyle and the increasing demand for long-term stay packages from government agencies and foreign companies, we have launched a product that includes practical benefits such as laundry service."
