The drill was carried out in small groups centered around the merchants' association, following COVID-19 prevention guidelines, using fire extinguisher and hose reel emergency firefighting equipment training methods. During the drill, store owners conducted self-inspections and a non-face-to-face campaign was simultaneously implemented.

The training included fire suppression using fire extinguishers and hose reel emergency firefighting equipment, exploration of the access route for the dispatch team and identification of risk factors, and feedback on issues and improvements.
