From now on, all lunchboxes will be unified under the main brand ‘Hankki Yeonguso’. The lunchbox operation concept has been newly established as ▲Trust ▲Variety ▲Health.
Seven Eleven emphasized the collaboration between food specialist companies (such as Lotte Food) and food research institutes (such as Lotte Central Research Institute), and expanded the display of manufacturer names, HACCP certification marks, and sales prices by more than 40% compared to before, making it easier for customers to identify.
The contents of the lunchboxes will also diversify the main side dishes from mainly pork to seafood (mackerel, squid, etc.), beef, chicken, and more. In addition, about 40 types of home-style side dishes that go well with Korean food (such as Deodeok Muchim, Gatcho Pickle, Mupare Muchim, Assorted Soybean Jorim, etc.) have been selected and will be renewed quarterly to regularly provide new homemade meal flavors.
They plan to strengthen healthy meals using seasonal ingredients. In particular, differentiated products using seasonal foods will be introduced in the bibimbap and salad product lines each season, and healthy recipes developed in collaboration with Professor Han Young-sil’s Customized Food Research Institute, a food nutrition expert, will also be developed.
Seven Eleven will introduce ‘Charcoal Grilled Dakgalbi’ and ‘Charcoal Grilled Basak Bulgogi’ from Hankki Yeonguso on the 2nd, and launch ‘Mushroom Beef Bulgogi’ on the 9th. Starting with these three new products, Seven Eleven plans to sequentially renew and introduce about 20 currently operated lunchbox varieties.
