Silla University Holds 'LINC+ Project Performance Sharing Meeting and Industry-Academia Talk Concert'
Sharing Achievements and Exploring Development Plans for the 4th Industrial Revolution Innovation Leading University Project
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Yong-woo] Silla University (President Kim Chung-seok) held the ‘LINC+ Project 4th Year Performance Sharing Meeting and Industry-Academia Talk Concert’ on the 25th at the on-campus smart lecture room.
Silla University organized this event to share the achievements of the Ministry of Education’s ‘Social Customized Industry-Academia Cooperation Leading University (LINC+) Development Project’ and the ‘4th Industrial Revolution Innovation Leading University Project’ promoted in 2020, and to seek ways for further development.
This event was hosted by the Silla University LINC+ Project Group (Director Lee Beom-jin).
The event was attended by Silla University President Kim Chung-seok, university officials, professors from departments participating in the LINC+ project, and industry representatives.
The Silla University LINC+ Project Group conducted the event using the online video conferencing platform ZOOM. They informed university and industry stakeholders of the project achievements made by five social customized departments under the LINC+ Project Group and held a talk concert for joint response to COVID-19.
Silla University plans to incorporate the opinions gathered from this talk concert into the 5th year project.
The Silla University LINC+ Project Group has been promoting various projects aimed at simultaneously resolving the job mismatch between industry sites and universities and revitalizing student employment. They have pursued customized education to cultivate experts in regional strategic industries such as fisheries and marine food, as well as in artificial intelligence and healthcare fields, which are considered core to the 4th Industrial Revolution.
