The Korea Meteorological Administration stated, "The morning temperature in Seoul will be 0 degrees, exceeding the average temperature for this time of year, so it will not be very cold in the morning. The daytime temperature will rise to 15 degrees, about 7 degrees higher than today, making it as warm as early April."
On this day, the southern regions, Jeju Island, and Gangwon Yeongdong will be mostly cloudy, while the Chungcheong area will have occasional clouds. The metropolitan area and Gangwon Yeongseo will be mostly clear.
Rain is expected in the southern regions, and sleet may fall in mountainous areas with low temperatures, but most of it will stop by the morning. Jeju Island is expected to have heavy rain until the next morning.
Also, the central region, where a dry weather advisory has been issued, is expected to have an effective humidity below 35%, making the air very dry.
The morning low temperatures by region are expected to be △Seoul 0°C △Chuncheon -3°C △Gangneung 3°C △Daejeon 3°C △Cheongju 2°C △Daegu 6°C △Gwangju 6°C △Jeonju 5°C △Busan 7°C △Jeju 10°C.
The daytime high temperatures are forecasted as △Seoul 14°C △Chuncheon 13°C △Gangneung 11°C △Daejeon 15°C △Cheongju 14°C △Daegu 13°C △Gwangju 14°C △Jeonju 15°C △Busan 12°C △Jeju 12°C.
Fine dust levels are expected to be between 'Good' and 'Moderate' across all regions.
