On the 23rd, the "Power to Change Seoul, 3rd Head-to-Head Debate," broadcast live on the People Power Party's official YouTube channel "Oreun Sori" and SBS, featured the first part with candidates Oh Shin-hwan and Cho Eun-hee, and the second part with candidates Na Kyung-won and Oh Se-hoon.
This debate has announced results by tallying ARS votes from a debate evaluation panel composed of 1,000 party members and citizens immediately after the debate.
In the previous two debates, candidates Na and Oh Se-hoon each recorded two wins. Candidates Oh Shin-hwan and Cho were never selected.
The results of this debate showed candidate Na's dominance. She received more support than candidate Oh Se-hoon, securing her third debate win. Candidate Oh managed only two wins.
In the matchup between candidates Oh Shin-hwan and Cho, who had never been selected before, candidate Cho received more votes and earned one win.
