The advisory will take effect at 10 p.m. on the same day.
A cold wave advisory is issued when the morning minimum temperature drops by 10℃ or more compared to the previous day, indicating a rapid temperature decline that may cause damage.
Morning temperatures are expected to drop significantly on the 23rd and 24th, causing cold conditions during the morning commute.
During this period, the morning minimum temperatures will range from -5 to -1℃ and -4 to -2℃.
From daytime, temperatures will gradually rise, showing a distribution in the positive Celsius range.
